Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

MEDINAMIC 2010 SL is the DATA CONTROLLER for the personal data of the USER and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The intended operations for processing are:
Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the DATA CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers, with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.

What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

The processing is based on the consent of the USER: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.

How long will we keep your personal data?

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By marking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or presented in download forms, USERS expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to fulfill their request by the provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE is true and assumes responsibility for communicating any changes to them.
The RESPONSIBLE informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory as they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. If all the data is not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely tailored to their needs.

In accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on

personal data protection, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility. This includes adhering to the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, which state that personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and that it should be collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes.

The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS.
