WHAT DOES IT ENTAIL?

It consists in the introduction of donor semen into the uterus at the time of ovulation.

When is it recommended?

• Women without a male partner
• Couple of women (See also «Reciprocal IVF»)
• Azoospermia (there are no sperm in the ejaculate)
• Hereditary diseases in man

WHAT IS REQUIRED?

• Adequate ovarian reserve and age
• Normal uterine cavity
• Permeable fallopian tubes
